Clarity-driven outreach
Using the Role Clarity Report as our compass, we identify, evaluate, and present a shortlist of candidates who fit, not just on paper, but in practice.
Placement & Integration Support
20–25% of first-year comp
We manage the offer process and provide 90-day integration advisory to ensure the hire sticks. Our fee (20–25% of first-year comp) is earned at placement, minus the engagement fee already paid.
